Taste Room Recap Workshop

We are very excited to announce the upcoming Best Practices Taste Room workshop and getting back to what we love doing most – presenting wine, food and tourism to guests.  (Even although we need to rethink the way we do it).

This workshop is aimed at new staff, temporary staff or staff that needs a bit of a recap, working in taste rooms, front of house, or any similar customer facing destination position, where the

To make this session easy to attend, we are hosting the workshop at 9:00 and will be repeating the same workshop at 17:30

We will be coving the following topics:

– Personal Presentation

– Product Presentation

– Closing the sale

– Keeping Leads: Lasting Relationships

– Quality Control

– Basic Tourism behaviour

– Direct Selling (capturing the experience for online shoppers)

Attendance fee is R250 per person, with limited seating.
