In this 3 hour explorative workshop we will bring the whole body to life, explore different expressions of movement and why movement is so beneficial for our overall wellbeing. We will start with a short exploration of how mechanical stress can impact our bodies on a cellular level, as well as the influence that movement has on the nervous system. Then, with that understanding we will work towards a slow-flow yoga class. Followed by a movement exploration off our mats with dance and animal body movements. Ending with a relaxing restorative yin yoga practice.
Healthy snacks included.
The workshop is open to all shapes and sizes and definitely encouraged for beginners and intermediate- advanced movers.
