Learn how to make your very own charcuterie with Neil Jewell.
A full day with Neil where he will demonstrate the entire process from butchery, to brining and spices. Neil will teach you about cuts, curing, knife technique & how to make your very own sausages! A scrumptious lunch prepared by the Jewell’s team included.
