ARTICHOKE FLOWERS PICKING DAY

Join us at Ayama Farm on Saturday 20th November. From 9 to 16 we will be open for an amazing event. You can pick the beautiful artichoke flowers in our fields on the slopes of Paardeberg Mountain. There is NO Entrance Fees and you will pay only for your harvested artichoke flowers (R5 / flower).
The flower fields will be open from 9 to 12, while for lunch a special menu will be available, consisting of our “Italian Cold Platter” (Italian meat and cheese with olive / artichokes crostini) and our delicious homemade “Artichoke Pie”.
You can pair your lunch with a glass of wine or a bottle of Ayama Wine – Home of South African Vermentino.
